Information We Collect
When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with GC Turbo through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. GC Turbo may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by GC Turbo affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, GC Turbo often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and GC Turbo may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. GC Turbo may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Location Information: Our Service may collect and use your location information (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service. We may also use your location information in an aggregate way, as described above in the “Aggregated Personal Data” section.
Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information
GC Turbo and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services.
GC Turbo and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each marketing communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
GC Turbo is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: GC Turbo, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Legal Requirements: GC Turbo may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of GC Turbo, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
California residents may have additional data protection rights under California law, subject to certain limitations. These rights are further described in our California Notice.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK visitors only):
Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described above will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally collect Personal Data from you only (i) where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, (ii) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights, or (iii) where we have your consent to do so. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
If we collect and use your Personal Data in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), this will normally be to operate our platform and to communicate with you as necessary – for example, when responding to your queries, analyzing use of and improving our platform, undertaking marketing activities, and detecting or preventing illegal activities. We may have other legitimate interests and we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.
If you have questions about or need further information concerning the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Data Removal Request

1) Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;
2) When the individual withdraws consent;
3) When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity;
4) When personal data was unlawfully processed;
5) Where personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.
Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered at any time by any users or GC Turbo employees nor can it be after this point. Data may remain in the systems back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.
